Rancho Verde has 255 residential lots carefully designed into the 600 acre site with 260 acres of open space. A series of building covenants, to govern architectural styles, building materials and placement of homes, has been put into effect, creating a cohesive sense of community, minimizing environmental impact and increasing the re-sale value of individual properties. Road design has been modified to follow the natural contours of the site, and utility services are placed underground to also minimize the environmental impact.
