KC Raver grew up in real estate.  Her Mom has been an agent for over 20 years and her Dad was a general contractor.  If she wasn't hearing the trials and tribulations of closing house transactions, her Dad had her crawling in attics and any other tight spaces.  She was truly a "little helper".  KC pursued a career in nursing before recently returning to the Land of Enchantment and to real estate.

KC brings unique skills to her customers.  First, she spent many years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery where attention to detail is a matter of life and death.  She values organization and attention to every detail.  While a real estate transaction may not be life and death, it is important to her customers and therefore it is important to her.  The details can make or break a transaction.

Second is the art of listening and assessment.  KC knows how to listen and which questions to ask to find out what you really want and need in the sale or purchase of a home.  She won't waste your time and she will put in the right house or connect you with the right buyer.

Have you ever been in a conversation that you completely didn't understand?  This is a daily scenario in a hospital and in real estate.  Being the advocate between the doctor and the patient is like being the agent between the contract and buyer or seller.  KC will spend all the time needed to ensure you understand the contracts and the process of real estate.

Finally, KC spent six years in the Army before being honorably discharged as a Captain.  She can relate to and ease the pains of relocation, whether that relocation is two miles or 2,000 miles.
